My mother 52 year old is covid positive from last 7 days and on medicine ivermectin 12mg, doxycycline BD 100mg and paracetamol 500mg SOS, her spo2 is 98 to 99 . And fever below 100. Chest ct scan normal. D dimer , il6, ferritin serum , CBC normal. But whenever she eats anything , she had burning sensation in her uppper abdomen and it goes off after drinking water

Probably associated with some gastritis. Please try antacids before food. Hope you have got some cardiac evaluation done in the recent past.
