In terms of serious side effects , which ia better. Covaxin or covishield. Also is it si that single dose of covaxin is nit effective as compared to covishield. I had civid 3 months back , with moderate level. Which vaccine is suggested

If you are already infected then only one dose may be sufficient as per few studies. There are no studies which say which one- Covishield or Covaxin is more effective. If you are asking my personal preference Go for Covishield as you are already infected and it's side effects are similar to Covid infection
