Recently discharged from hospital where in was admitted fr mild stomach pain nd ct shwd mesentric lymphadentis 13mm*8mm nd during stay scan done with other diagnosis of neck nd axila where slight pain in neck radiating nd no fever,nothing could som on help nd thyroid levels normal nd anti tpo 275

Nothing to worry usually thyroid lesion remains asymptomatic if it causes any symptoms den consult specialist otherwise repeat scan every 3-6 months interval if size increases den go for management accordingly
