I have yellow bumps on the back of my throat for about a day now, and swollen lymph nodes. My voice is so horse I can barely speak, and I also have an awfulcough. I’ve had a little bit of dizziness and feverish symptoms, but I have not actually had a fever yet. Could it be strep?
