Had massive heart attack and placed stent 8 months back..she is having cough since discharge..her ef was 28% next day after the ACS and now it is increased to 43 %..can it further be increased? she is having cough since discharge even got opinion from ENT and lung specialist.. She is taking medicines like cidmus,brilinta, ecospirin,atrova e 40, cardivas , eptus, dytor
