Iam having cough, vomiting & weakness since last 2 days. 2 days back I also had diarrhoea with shivering. I did Covid -19 test & it came negative. I don't have HYPERTENSION,Diabetes,cholesterol,thyroid or any other condition.Can you please recommend any over the counter medicine which I can buy from medical shop in pune.
