I am a breastfeeding mom baby is 28 days old. Wanted to ask cough syrup is safe or not? Or pls suggest any cough syurp which will not reduce my breastmilk and not harm baby

Consult Now
Yes you may take cough suppressant. Will not harm your child. No cough Medicine will reduce milk supply, but your anxiety will definitely reduce milk output. Be calm and take rest at appropriate intervals. Take steam  Inhalation. Show local doctor for medicine prescription.
