Keep on coughing while in sleeping also it was pain to him playing studying time and all not come when he started sleep cough will come automatically if I go to the doctors they will check and they will say nothing  no problem

it may be due to upper airway allergy. rule out sinus infections and adenoid enlargement. intranasal steroids and montelukast may help.

if the cough is persisting for long time it's likely that he is suffering from airway allergy. many times its not detected by routine examination and x rays. he can given trial of antihistamine and leukotriene antagonists syrups for a month. kindly take a second opinion from qualified child specialist and enquire regarding allergic airway disease
