Hi,  my mom age is 58 and she is suffering from heart disease.  But from last one month or so she has been continuously coughing especially in nights.  Please guide us what to do.

hello der if she has more coygh in the night it may be due to aspiration also ask her to elevate her head end while sleeping also cardiac causes should be ruled out consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
