I have dry cough & it keeps happening Everytime there is change in weather. It stays for 15-20 days or even more. But goes away after medicine course for cough . I have a cist on my chin ND 2 times in past it had swallen ND got ( mawad) ND I had to get a cut by doctor to get it out but cist still remains. It's a soft cist.

You have two problems. First one that is cough is due to seasonal allergy and may be the early symptoms of asthma. Consult a chest specialist. Your second problem is a common one as simple cyst often recurs and not advised to go for surgery.
