Cough in the middle of night
I was having severe gastric 10 days before in dat time suddenly I felt some mucus struck in throat n I get mild cough especially while sleeping... I am having allergy n taking montec lc ... sometimes cough comes in d middle of night and feels like something struck in throat... what is the reason for that... how to overcome dis problem
For sore throat practice salt water gargling twice for 3 days.

Just take a tub of hot water put some turmeric ,lemon extract, ginger extract into it and cover you with blanket so that steam doesn't go out and inhale
