Hi Doctor,while sleeping I feel discomfort due to some snoozing noice from my breathing and some times I really get irritate by myself by this snoozing and discomfort breathing specially when I sleep. After wake up I have to split 4/5 times due to cough which blocked in my pulmonary track. Cough is black in colour,thick and like clotting... Please do suggest some medicines here which can help me. Thanks and regards
