Sever cough during nights with flum from past few months bothering me and pain in below the neck and felling fatigue and drowsy all the day

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Do you smoke? If yes, then how many cigarettes per day? Are you aware of any allergies? Do you have any breathing discomfort?
