Cough during Covid 19

My husband tested positive 6 days ago. He still has slight fever. Now he also has developed cough. Does cough come later during Covid infection? Or is it something to worry?

Please check saturation and do a HRCT thorax scan. Cough can come anytime during the infection. The second week of covid is the most critical period. Do not delay medical intervention.
