I am 3months pregnant and now suffering from cold and throat pain I need to know which cold medicine i have to take this time so that i can get relief

Most of the anti cold medicines are contra indicated in third month of pregnancy. Only medication which is safe to take is chlorphenaramine maleate commonly available as CPM. that too has to be taken under your obstetrician care.
