My son age 3 years 2 months Weight 13 kg Sytoms : Light dry cough only mor and Eve Light cold Mouth breathing. From five days . Now body hot to touch temperature shows normal . Using medicine coriminic syrp Note : two months back having adeniods grade 3 that time medicine used and problem solved that time. My dout is now feverish stared and cough and cold not improved should I start antibiotic advent syrup...? Please suggest medicines as early possible ..
