hello, cough and cold since two months?? Have you not shown to anyone till now? You need a blood test and sputum examination, since you are having this for long time .decrease in appetite is common when you fell sick,but about white spots on hands and legs ??? its not clear , kindly attach a photo or else see a general physician.
