I have a unique problem. I feel all time dry ness in side my nose and parallel feels cold also. And when I speak with flow or sing a song suddenly start cough. My chest X ray is normal. Kindly suggest me what should I do. Drs suggest me montek lc in night. But nothing happened.

As a general practitioner i would say that is a common allergic rhinitis. And if the montek lc did not workout then you need to contact ENT specialist.
