Cosmetic Surgery possible

I met with an accident with mixer grinder 10 days ago. My forefinger tip got crushed and nail was ripped off. And part of the distal phalanx is amputed. I went through microscopic surgery where doctor used k wire. I wanted to know is it possible to get back my fore finger tip along with nail through cosmetic surgery. Please help

Once the bone fracture gets healed and the k wire is removed the area can be covered with flaps or sking grafting depending on the base and vascularity of the wound
Next Steps
get an orthopaedic opinion about the feasibility of the cosmetic surgery after removal of k wire and healing of the bone
