I have sore and itchy throat since 3-4 days.. hBody feels very weak , tired and very dizzy.. I dont have any fever or cough! Bitter taste in mouth Plz check my reports.. I was told by ent to get these tests.. I had mild tonsil abnormality and was given anti allergen Hs crp- 1 and LDH- 125

Season change can be a major factor to trigger your tonsil issue. Don't freak out i think its due to Tonsillitis and may be not Corona.
Next Steps
Go for what your ENT doc has suggested you along with gargling 3-4 times a day. Keep Paracetamol 650 and Antibiotics ready. If you have fever go for them. If your symptoms doesn't subside after 7days then better to do covid testing.
