I have been getting skin rashes for more than a year around my groin areas. Initially I had staph infection and consulted doctor few times last year. After regular tablets the boils caused by staph stopped but I started getting rashes and continuous itching around my anal and vaginal area. First I had it only in my back side then slowly it spreaded to thigh nd in front area near joints of leg. I don't want to continue tablets as I have put 20 kg weight in last 2 yrs. I just thought my weight was problem nd consulted nutritionist recently. But I can't bare the wounds and itching . I am a working women, and it's so inconvenience to sit in chairs and do work. My rashes will seems reduce once wound will happen but spread in next area . I have analysed a lot in Google. I felt it may be a jock itch or herpes. I took Neem powder , turmeric. But my itching nd wounds are increasing. Now I can't lie down in bed also. I want a permanent solution for this infection.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and genital area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application. Do not use steroid containing combination creams. Please consult me in private chat with photos for detailed prescription. Do not delay treatment as it may spread further on your body and also to other people living in the household.
