Continuos Pain in abdomen

My dad is having continuous pain in his abdomen since the last 5 days. His office doctor said that this is because of gas and flatulence. He is taking medicines but still there is no improvement in the stomach ache. It was still there the whole day without any relief. He has constipation and hence bowel is also not clear. Please advise as I am really worried.

Hello pain abdomen and constipation needs evaluation. You need to consult a local physician or Gastroenterologist and get checked thoroughly. You may required some tests like Xray abdomen and Ultrasound of the abdomen.
