It can be Tonsillitis only.Take following...... Tab Azithromycin 500 one tab twice daily Tab Paracetamol one tab three times daily Tab levocetrizin/ cetrizine one tab twice daily W/s gargles with 1/2 Disprin dissolved in lukewarm water. For three days. Repeat for three days more if required.
