I'll be unable to visit my Dr. For next 15 days. She gave me antibiotic Doxy-1 for 15 days. Should I continue this prescription for next 15 days or should I stop having this antibiotic

If it was prescribed for 15 days then, do not continue without her advice. The answer to your question also depends on what was the diagnosis made, and for what condition was doxy prescribed.
