I touched hands of  a person with chickenpox one day before he got spots.Do I have chances of getting chickenpox if I have never had it before?

you could. but this is not enough reason to start treatment in advance. if you develop lesions in the next week to 10 days then consult with me with images I shall advice further course of management. hope this is helpful .
