I have been diagnosed covid positive on 5th of this month & was under treatment & was taking medicines. But since I have diagnosed & started taking medicine I am facing loose motion till now even after completion of medicine course. It's almost liquid & 3 to 4 times a day. And the undigested foods are coming out every time. Feeling uneasiness.
Now there is no symptom of covid. Seek suggestions.

Azithromycin is one of the antibiotics you may be using. It belongs to macrolides class of antibiotics and can stimulate the motilin receptors of GIT and cause loose stools and diarrhoea.
Once you have completed the course of azithromycin 500, the symptoms will slowly fade off
Till then ,take adequate hydration to makeup for the lost volume.
