Hi I had pain left lower abdomen side from 15th day to 20 th day of period and meanwhile lower abdomen pain as well. I have done ultrasound. It shows right ovary has 2 cyst. From 21st day of period it s okay. What can be cause

Repeat ultrasound pelvis on day 6 th or 7 th  of period. You have not mentioned the size and type of cyst from sonography. If it is simple cyst it may vanish after your periods so repeat ultrasound after your periods. And Consult gynecologist with reports.
