Sometimes a ago i have a small pimple in my fore head now it is reduce and better almost that it is cure but the black head is present,that i want to remove,it is small in size

If it is just a black mark that is present after the acne has subsided then you can try applying Kojic cream twice a day for a month. If you get a recurrent acne eruptions you might need a proper treatment which will have to be prescribed after proper examination. Hope this is helpful.
