My mother feels like she's having gas filled  in her lower abdomen area. Constipation is persisting since 2 years. Her appetite has also reduced to some extent. Sometimes she is having lower back pain and pain in left side of her lower abdomen. Sometimes she is also having pain in anal region while excretion. She is on medication and taking Sucral ANO & Totalax NF syrup on doctor's consult. What could be the issue and what will be the cure for it?
