Constipation can be due to improper diet or it can be due to any metabolic cause. First of all if it is hard stool take 2 tea spoon lactifiber granules or you can also take issabgol husk with a Luke warm glass of water.
Increase Fibre intake in your diet, increase water intake, take coconut water 1 daily for 4-5 days.
If you have stool impaction and not relieved please visit to a Surgeon as soon as possible.
