I delivered a month ago through c-sec, since a week im having constipation and can see drops of blood while passing motion. Having a tough time passing motion. Will this affect the  baby? Will the baby also have difficulty in passing motion because of me as Im breastfeeding my baby? Also can i take duphalac syrup? Is that safe for breastfeeding mothers?
