Constipation
I am having anal fissure since last one year and it recurr everytime i pass hard stool i don't feel any problem if my stool is soft but the day i pass hard stool it recur and causes pain . I see slight streak of blood on stool that day and it is very painful. Please help as i pass hard first part of stool .

There is no perment cure for annal fissure. It will reoccur with constipation an passage of hard StooI. So it in important to avoid constipation. eat high fibre diet like fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water.
