For a few years now I've been having a hard time going the #2 it takes tons of pushing and exstrutiating lower stomach pain on the right hand side for a good 2 3 minutes sometimes longer just for 3-5 pebbles

Drink at least 3 to 4 litres of water everyday. Eat fruits and green leafy vegetables. Take a  high fibre diet. With no junk food. Drink at least 2 glass of warm water on empty stomach in the morning.  If this does not help then  consult a doctor.
