My wife is pregnant and is having constipation, gas and acidity. Will it be safe to give her Zandu Pancharista? If yes what should be the dosage? What can be the alternatives?

Constipation is very common in pregnancy.. ask her to take high fibre diet, bananas daily nd diet rich in fruits nd vegetables nd also lot of water.. take hot water early morning. U can give her sup duphalac 3tsp at night for 1 week nd if she develops loose stools or once the symptoms subside to stop it
