I am drinking plenty of water in a day, eating home cooked food, and exercising regularly but still not able to poop. Earlier, two years back, I used to poop immediately after waking up in the morning but now, hardly I see anything in my toilet. I even drink 1 litre of water before brushing my teeth in the morning but no feel of going to the washroom. No pressure itself. After a few days, when I don't poop then I had to take an anti Constipation tablet after that I will poop but the next day, the same thing happens. Please help!

Difficulty to pass motion though mostly related to food, water intake and exercise might not always be the cause. Since you’ve previously had regular bowel movements, it is better to consult an expert to discuss regarding your issue. Though the condition is not an alarming one, consulting might give you an idea about your problem and a tailored treatment.
Next Steps
Consider checking you blood sugar and thyroid levels before a checkup
Health Tips
Over the counter medications for constipation might offer a transient relief but can worsen your constipation in the long run
