I am 23 years old male and currently worked as student. I have daily used my finger for my bowel movement and manually try to get clean my colon for about 5 years. as soon I started the finguring for bowel movement immediately after 3 ro 4 month i was diagnosed with anal fissure and get done operation of that  but continue the manual defecation with finger for about 5 to 6 years but now I have stop that shameful act from about 2 years. After that I am getting medication for the irregular bowel habits it help me lot but not completely. Initially i am taking the treatment of gastrologist but it can't help me after that i am going to consult an ayurvedic doctor for about 4 months and he also gives the basti treatment for 7 day and medication . it help me lot but not completely Even after that it is about 4 to 5 times to go daily for bowel. I am feeling bloated whole day . Please tell me the treatment and also the time and cost of treatment and suggest doctor from pune and Kolhapur
