There is nothing to be embarrassed if you feel you are experiencing some unusual symptoms. However to make an accurate diagnosis, some more details might be required to differentiate between panic attack, anxiety, depression etc which all might be likely given the little information you have provided here. It is recommended that you visit a psychiatrist instead who would be in a better position to make a more accurate diagnosis and then suggest the treatment for you.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
