Constant pain under my left ear

I ve been having pain under my left ear for5 months and i couldn't find any result. It hurts me a lot while eating, brushing, chewing. Etc. I dont know the reason for this.Last month i had consult an ent and he said about wax problem,nd aftr a week he took off wax. Then too i am feeling the same. Kindly help me.
