I have been having constant pain in neck and shoulder and right hand since 6 months and have a swell on neck. as the pain start it transfers from neck to shoulder, right arm amd mid back.

Thanks for your question ,this could be related to a nerve root irritation from your cervical spine which could be a result of degenerative changes in the cervical disc , it could also because of a local muscle spasm called a trapezius muscle, however a complete evaluation with certain investigations by your doctor can relieve the condition
