I am facing constant irritation and redness in my eyes especially in right eye, also some times lead to headache, also feel eye's heavy even after sleeping for 6-7 hrs.

It may be allergic conjunctivitis. Use olopatadine and ketorolac eye drops thrice daily along with lubricant eye drops three times daily for 5 days. If problem persists then you should visit an ophthalmologist.
