get a hemogram usg abdomen LFT,KFT,serum electrolyte done and follow up till den u cn take tab levocetrizine 5mg at night fr 3 days tab dolo 650 8 hrly if u hv fever tab azithromycin 500mg once fr 5 days if u hv cough (productive, yellowish) tab pan 40mg once fr 5 days in morning before breakfast if u take above medicine
