Constant headache. Weak, shakes, sore

I had the shakes in my hands pretty bad yesterday, I had eaten and drank plenty of water so I’m kind of ruling out its sugar related. Than i went to bed. Woke up at 3am and every half hour there after having to go to bathroom for all runny stool. Very sore everywhere, and weak. Constant headache.
