Constant headache. Weak, shakes, sore

I had the shakes in my hands pretty bad yesterday, I had eaten and drank plenty of water so I’m kind of ruling out its sugar related. Than i went to bed. Woke up at 3am and every half hour there after having to go to bathroom for all runny stool. Very sore everywhere, and weak. Constant headache.

Is this problem for the first time??? Have u taken any medicine in these few days? Might u don't require any medicines needs complete history..that's it
