I am having severe head ache and pain in my back from last three days also every evening I get fever.

Occasional headache that comes with stress or anxiety is not something to be worried about. You have headache and fever. It is most likely a viral fever. Many times in viral fever​ you get headaches. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest. If headache does not respond then Consult a doctor.
