Sir/man 2 months ago I was playing with my street dog Suddenly his teeth rubbed with my hand It causes very small removal of skin from that part like it sometime rubbed from any other object Surprisingly no blood comes from that part I suddenly washed that area with soap and water Can it be dangerous for me,it is just like a small scratch
