I have too much headache and very high fever for 3 days. I also feel tiredness and nausea. I am not able to eat anything. There is vomiting tendency and severe abdominal pain. I am having weakness and loose motion too.

Hi, It seems a case of viral fever. You should get few investigations done. Complete blood count, malaria antigen test, Dengue NS1 antigen and Blood culture. You should take plenty of oral fluids ORS, Tab Paracetamol 500mg thrice daily, Cap. Pantocid DSR 1 cap before breakfast, Cap. VSL#3 twice daily. Best wishes
