Constant headache

I've a headache for more than a year , every time it comes for some days and then disappears for a day or two , when it comes ,i cant do anything and and don't know the cause of it .some online sources say its brain cancer , someone says its due to not doing sports (because some months i didn't do any sports) but now i do . please help me ,thanks.
