Hi my son aged 9 complains of frequent headache.he also has a severe blocked nose all d time.i gv him tylenol now n then .how safe is it.his doctor has prescribed meftal forte .is it safe

He may be suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis which is needs to be confirmed by diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses. If confirmed appropriate treatment can be planned. Treatment without  a diagnosis needs to be avoided
