Both of my ears have a feeling that they are under pressure, and there is a constant tingling feeling on both sides of my neck under my ears. I have cramps round my shoulders and a stinging throbbing pain in lower right arm which runs down to my fingers. I also have headaches around my eyes and behind my head.
