I have been dizzinessed for 15 days.I also have getting irregular heartbeats and shortness of breathing.i was used to work out regularly.it happened while workout.and three years back I had infected by e coli bacteria in urine.but I didn't care about it and never undergo any treatment.now I'm afraid it may symptom of anemea.
