I have been chest pain from 2 months with arm discomfort and extreme tiredness i had several ecgs and an echocardiogram they all came back normal but still i am having chest pain which is atypical i cant describe it sometime shock like sometime pain happens in ribs while pressing it is more severe i am so worried about it i cant live normal life due to it

Pl dont consult a cardiologist any more..this is nkt a cardiac pain for sure.. Plz consult an orthopedician
